They taste very much like Moon Cheese, which I have blogged about before, but they are less expensive. A bag is only $2.49 at Trader Joe's.
It is so hard to find crunchy low carb snacks that are delicious, so I'm super excited about these. My friend, Amanda, introduced me to them, and for that, I am eternally indebted to her.
A bag is 2 servings (yeah right, like I'm just going to eat half a bag. Nice try, Trader Joe's), and each serving is less than 1 carb. So essentially if you eat the entire bag (I don't know anyone who would do this. It's not like I ate an entire bag on my way home from the store), it's only 1 carb!!!!! 1 carb!!!!!! 1 carb!!!!! Can you tell i'm excited about this? (The only down side is that the bag does not reseal, which makes it easier to eat the entire bag in one sitting).
I pretty much want to go back to Trader Joe's and buy out their stock. I'm really trying to have self control right now. I don't have to work tomorrow so it's going to be very hard to not make another trip up there. If you go to Trader Joe's on Woodruff tomorrow, and they are all out of this snack, I have no idea who bought them all ;)
So, if you're looking for yummy low carb snacks with a crunch, go pick up a bag (or 2 or 3) of these. You wont regret it!
